My name is Maciej and I’m here to show you why Collaboration technology is easier than you think!

I’ve been dealing with Collaboration technology, mostly Cisco-based, for over 10 years now.

Started off with video, having the pleasure to attend a Tandberg training just about the time it was being acquired by Cisco.

After some years dealing mostly with video, when it started to merge with voice to what has become Collaboration, I’ve developed a lot more skills on the voice side.

I’ve had a number of roles throughout the years – from helpdesk, presales to system engineering, support, and design roles.

All of this having worked for a Cisco partner, Cisco itself and Cisco’s end customer.

I’ve passed a number of exams along the way including getting my number – CCIE Collaboration #53470.

Currently overlooking a global secure Collab environment spanning over a dozen CallManager clusters along with CMS, Expressway, Unity Connection, CUBE, and additional 3rd party products.

Privately, happily married with two wonderful kids, originally from Poland but currently living in Switzerland.
